Mighty Oak uses Local Authority practitioners to deliver our training courses. We have an excellent, up to date working knowledge of the NEC system for council tax, business rates, benefits and council tax support.
We have a close link with NEC and have recently assisted them in a programme to upskill key staff in the end user experience.
As expert revenues and benefits end users we can provide your teams with a best practice model to process claims for benefits/council tax support and set up accounts in revenues. This good practice also filters through into dealing with changes of circumstances and account maintenance.

The session will also focus on the areas where subsidy is lost year on year and how officers can minimise loss.
It is possible for this course to be condensed into half day sessions to maximise staff attendance.
