Welcome to Mighty Oak, a training organisation based in Oxfordshire.
We prefer to deliver a service with a high degree of personal interaction, mentoring and coaching, specialising in legislative and system training. This approach has been extremely successful as part of our vocational training.
We can also deliver hands-on system training to candidates who are proficient end users.
Our trainers work within a Revenues and Benefits environment and therefore are up to date with schemes and legislative changes as well as having a full understanding of the related day to day processes.

As a registered training provider, we offer comprehensive training for the Level 4 Revenues and Welfare Benefits Practitioner Apprenticeship.
Our apprenticeship program is designed to equip learners with the essential knowledge, skills, and behaviours needed to excel in the revenues and welfare benefits sector. We provide expert-led training, real-world case studies, and practical assessments to ensure apprentices are fully prepared for their roles.
Training is delivered through a blend of online learning, interactive workshops, and on-the-job assessments, allowing apprentices to apply their learning in a practical environment.
